Privacy Policy

Dramatic: Social Status Sims is a social simulation game where players create or choose characters, scenarios, and story decisions. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to players.

Information We Collect

• User ID: an internal identifier or authentication token used to connect a player with their saves and gameplay state.
• Gameplay information: save files, selected scenarios, selected characters, relationship changes, milestones, turns, player choices, and generated story events.
• Player-created content: custom character names, usernames, bios, image links, scenario names, scenario descriptions, and text entered into decision or story fields.
• Age selection: the age value selected during onboarding, used to tune the game experience.
• Device-local images: images chosen from the device for custom characters may be stored on the device.
• Diagnostics: crash data, error logs, server logs, request timestamps, and device/app information needed to keep the service running and debug problems.

How We Use Information

• Create, save, and load gameplay progress.
• Generate AI-assisted story text, feeds, reactions, and narrative events.
• Personalize the game experience based on the selected scenario and characters.
• Detect errors, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and maintain the app.
• Enforce turn limits, subscriptions, or other gameplay limits if those features are enabled.

For App Store privacy purposes, User ID and gameplay-related Other Data are used for App Functionality. Crash Data and Other Diagnostic Data may be used for App Functionality, Analytics, and troubleshooting. We do not use this data for third-party advertising tracking.

AI Processing

Some gameplay text and context may be sent to AI service providers to generate story content. This can include character names, scenario descriptions, relationship context, player decisions, and other story details needed to produce the requested narrative. Do not enter sensitive personal information into custom scenarios, character fields, or story inputs.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as hosting, database, AI generation, app platform, purchase, diagnostics, and infrastructure providers.

User-Generated Content

Custom scenarios and custom characters are currently intended for the player’s own gameplay experience, not broad public distribution to other users. If public sharing features are added later, this policy will be updated and moderation/reporting tools will be provided as needed.

Data Retention

Gameplay saves and related server data are kept while the account or save remains active, unless deletion is requested or required by law. Device-local data remains on the device until the player deletes it, deletes the save, clears app data, or uninstalls the app.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
