Use of the App

Dramatic: Social Status Sims is an entertainment app that lets players create or choose characters, scenarios, story decisions, and AI-assisted narrative events. You may use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission otherwise.

User Content

You are responsible for any content you enter into the app, including custom character names, usernames, bios, image links, scenario names, scenario descriptions, and decision text.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, exploitative, privacy-invading, infringing, or designed to disrupt the app or its services.

AI-Generated Content

The app may use AI systems to generate story text, social feeds, reactions, and other narrative content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, fictional, or inappropriate. You should treat generated content as entertainment, not factual information or advice.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If subscriptions or in-app purchases are offered, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through the applicable app store platform. You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your app store account settings.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also limit access if needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or service reliability.

No Warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
